The room was separate, and we had a lovely view of the sea. Got comfy bed and terrace and a kitchenette area. The location was brilliant, just a short walk away from Marina Yacht Club. We dined at an amazing nearby restaurant with Turkish...

It was new-fashioned, good enough for shopping. The location was stunning and wonderful as for me, next to the city centre. Thanks to an incredible service I had a really really nice stay.

Great location with fantastic amenities
I had a really enjoyable stay, with the beach just a few steps away and a lovely pool area for relaxation. The staff were friendly. I particularly loved the diverse dining options, especially the themed nights. The food quality could be enhanced to match the hotel's great facilities.

The location was magnificent and beautiful, next to the CarrefourSA express shop in the marina- head left along the marina- front and the seafood restaurant. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the hotel. It was a nice size...

Very nice facility, though there are lots of stairs. The food was excellent, and the entertainment staff ("animation team") organized a super-fun trip to the local disco, complete with tee-shirts.
Booked and paid for a room with a sea view; upon arrival, only room available was "garden view" (view of the shrubs and a tree), with no adjustment in price; also, the spa was very overpriced with comparable services in Gumbut at much lower cost.

food and services. Lovly view from our room and very clean. Beautiful pool and bars and cafes surrounding area
No adequate lifts to all floors for people with walking difficulties due to the amount of steps.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. I especially liked location, and small boats going to and from the pierce near the hotel to the very center of the city!
minor things such as the blankets in the room and beach towels were totally inapropriate. Staff was very polite and helpful except for reception.

Let me break it down for you
The hotel features lovely views and kindly staff. Everyone from receptionists to restaurant servers add to the experience. The buffet offers decent food quality, yet lacks variety. While it's a fun family spot, some amenities could benefit from better organization and maintenance to elevate your stay.

The hotel staff were very curtious and accomodating. The view from our room was nice and the view from the pool area, bars, restaurants/snack bar are all tremendous. This hotel had the best beach front amongst the hotels...

Only the location is an advantage.
Breakfast selection/menu poor. Beds not comfortable. Suspect plumbing.
